Is TACKENDO really free? How does it work?
Yes — completely free, no subscription, no account required. TACKENDO is an ad-supported FAST TV platform. You watch for free; brands pay for the ads you see. Simple as that.
How can I advertise on TACKENDO channels?
Two ways: (1) Contact us directly for a custom media plan and rate card. (2) Use OKFAST — our self-serve platform where SMEs can launch FAST TV campaigns from a few hundred euros with no agency needed.
What platforms is TACKENDO available on?
TACKENDO channels are available on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, the web (tackendo.com), and via connected TV platforms including Bouygues Telecom, Netgem, CloudTV, and Zeop.
I'm a content creator. Can I get my channel on TACKENDO?
We're selective about new channel additions to maintain quality. Contact us with your channel concept, content catalog, and target audience. We'll review your proposal within 5 business days.

Send your press inquiry to contact@tackendo.com with "Press" in the subject line. Our team will respond promptly with relevant assets, spokespersons, and information.
How do I report a technical issue with a channel?
Use the contact form above and select "Technical Issue". Please include the channel name, platform (Roku, Fire TV, web), your device type, and a description of the problem. We typically resolve stream issues within 24 hours.
Can I become a distribution partner?
Yes. If you operate a smart TV platform, IPTV service, or connected device ecosystem and would like to carry TACKENDO channels, contact us at contact@tackendo.com.
